Request correction or deletion — TWT Page Helper
TWT Page Helper is operated by Tony Eldridge for his own Tuesdays With Tony Facebook Page and linked @tonyeldridge918 Instagram professional account. It is not open for public registration.
Make a request
Email tuesdayswithtonyauthor@gmail.com and identify TWT Page Helper. Explain whether you want information corrected, applicable helper data removed, or a privacy concern investigated. Include only what is needed to identify the affected information. Never send a password, access token or app secret. You can also use the Message control on the Tuesdays With Tony Facebook Page.
Tony, as the helper's only authorized user, may also make this request through the authenticated assistant workflow used to operate the helper. The operator will identify the affected records, verify the requester's authority where necessary, and carry out applicable correction or deletion obligations promptly. Any legally required retention will be assessed and explained as appropriate.
What removal covers
Applicable removal can include the local Meta-derived recovery records, remote identifiers and verification outcomes, downloaded saved images or covers, and the helper's stored authorization. The helper's Facebook and approved Instagram authorizations use local Windows DPAPI storage under the operator's Windows account. If Meta-derived information was placed in a service-provider conversation, project, file store or memory, the relevant copies must be addressed through that provider's separate controls as well. A local deletion does not automatically remove every service-provider copy.
Stopping future Instagram publishing also requires disabling the relevant local Windows jobs. Publicly hosted owner-created delivery images are separate from API caches; identify them explicitly if their removal is requested. Stopping local jobs does not delete a post already published on Meta platforms.
The operator will confirm what was removed and identify any remaining provider process or applicable retention exception. No instant global-erasure promise is made.
What is separate
Owner-created videos, artwork and written documents are separate source materials; deleting an API cache does not by itself delete those originals. Content already uploaded to Facebook or Instagram remains subject to Meta's own controls. If a request also concerns removal of Facebook or Instagram content, say so explicitly so that it can be handled through the proper supported route.
Revoking the helper in Meta's app/business-integration controls stops its authorized API access but does not by itself erase its local data. Requests to stop the service or end a provider relationship are also reviewed for the data-cessation and deletion duties that apply.
